One of CSE’s most successful campaigns has been to improve the air quality

Another campaign that Agarwal initiated is called ‘Make Water
Everybody’s Business’ using the technology of rainwater harvesting.
Rating the Environmental Performance of Indian Industry
In 1996, under Agarwal’s leadership, CSE started a pioneering project to
make Indian industry more environment-friendly.
Down to Earth: Spreading the environmental message
In 1992, Agarwal started Down to Earth, a fortnightly newsmagazine on
environment which brings news to challenge its readers to think about sustainable
development.
